Cookswood, Somerset

One of our on-going favourite sites, TEC has been providing geoenvironmental and geotechnical consultancy for the visionary redevelopment of a former quarry in Cookswood, Somerset since 2017. This unique development is providing luxury, sustainable holiday homes, making use of the beautiful site setting complete with its own mineral lake and woodland glades.

 

TEC has undertaken various works at the site over the years, predominantly looking at the ground conditions and slope stability during each phase of development.
